Next, you will meet with your assigned Coach for an Introductory Session where you will get to know each other and create a vision/goals for your time with us.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1 /Do you take insurance?

While we do not directly accept insurance, we strive to make our services as accessible as possible. We have a National Provider Identification (NPI) code, which may allow you to submit for reimbursement through your insurance provider. Additionally, we are partnered with Truemed, a service that recognizes our offerings as valuable for health and wellness. This partnership may enable you to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) to cover the costs.

If you need additional support, we also offer options for financial assistance. Our team is here to help you explore these options and find a solution that fits your needs.

2 / Where are you located?

Our headquarters are located at TeamLift Gym in Boylston, Ma. All classes and in-person 1:1 training are located here. We do offer virtual services as well.

3 / Do you offer virtual services?

Yes! We offer all of the following services virtually:

- Health Coaching

- Personal Training

- Fitness Programming

- Health Recovery Coaching

- Nutrition Coaching

4/ Do I have to have a Therapist or Doctor to enroll?

If you are currently undergoing recovery or treatment for an eating disorder, we require you to have both a Therapist and a Doctor involved in your care. This is to ensure that you have comprehensive support and guidance from medical and mental health professionals, which is essential for safe and effective recovery. Collaboration with your healthcare team allows us to provide the best possible care tailored to your specific needs.

However, if you have a long-term history of disordered eating but have not struggled with it recently or do not have a formal diagnosis, you can engage in our services without therapist or doctor clearance. Please note, though, we are NOT Therapists and if we believe you are at medical risk or if you begin to show signs of disordered eating, or mental health struggles, we may refer you to other services for your safety and well-being.

Our priority is your health, and we are committed to providing the appropriate level of support within our scope of practice to ensure your success.

5/ Do I have to struggle/have a history of disordered eating to engage in services?

No! Anyone who identifies with our programming is able to join. We custom fit each client's journey to their lived-experiences, goals and health status!
