At Empowered RX, we specialize in guiding individuals through their recovery journey with a focus on movement, fitness, strength, and the integral role of movement in achieving deep health and confidence. As health coaches, our mission is to empower you to build a sustainable, positive relationship with your body and movement. 

 

Our Services Include:

 

Personalized Personal Training Sessions: We offer 30-60 minute sessions that blend fitness coaching with goal setting. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and objectives, ensuring a focus on both physical and mental well-being.

Health Coaching: 45 minute sessions designed to explore health, habits, behaviors and thoughts connected to movement and what it means to be an athlete in today's society. 

 

Fitness Classes: Develop and enhance your physical strength with guided fitness sessions designed to build confidence and improve overall health while connecting with other women in the program. 

 

Goal Setting and Achievement: We help you set realistic, actionable goals and provide the support and guidance needed to achieve them. Whether it’s increasing your physical activity or improving your body image, we’re here to support your journey.

 

Community Engagement: Participate in community activities that foster support and motivation. Engage with others who share similar goals and experiences.

 

Text Support: We offer text and email support to address any questions or challenges you might face between sessions, ensuring you have continuous access to guidance and encouragement.

 

Building Self-Compassion and Motivation: Work on developing self-compassion and exploring your core values. We help you understand your motivation and cultivate patience and hope throughout your recovery process.

 

Healthy Habits and Thought Patterns: Learn and practice new health habits and ways of thinking to challenge and reframe negative thoughts related to eating and movement.

 

Practical Support: We assist with practical aspects of recovery, including grocery shopping, meal preparation, and clothing shopping. Our goal is to make the recovery process as manageable and supportive as possible.

 

Collaboration with Your Treatment Team: If you are working with a Doctor. Therapist or Dietitian, we collaborate with them to ensure a cohesive approach to your recovery.

Session Details:

 

Duration and Frequency: Sessions typically last between 30-60 minutes and are scheduled on a weekly basis. This can be adjusted based on your needs and recommendations from your treatment team.

 

Individualized Focus: Each session is customized to your goals and may involve collaboration with any other professionals involved in your recovery. We may talk casually or use structured forms of education, workbooks and art to explore other topics. 

 

Membership Benefits: Your membership includes a set number of visits per week, text support between sessions, and coordination with other team members if applicable.

 

Our approach is designed to support your journey to health and well-being by focusing on the dynamic relationship between fitness, strength, and recovery. We are here to help you achieve lasting positive changes and a more fulfilling life.
